Autmow Repair Policy

At Autmow, we strive to provide exceptional service and support for all our customers. To ensure that your robotic mower continues to operate at its best, we have established the following repair policy for online customers:

  1. Repairs Within Our Service Area:
    • Please contact our customer service team to schedule a repair if you are located within our designated service area. We will arrange for a technician to assist you promptly.
    • Mammotion: Most repairs and replacement parts will be managed directly by Mammotion. For “In Warranty” repairs or parts Mammotion covers the shipping costs.
  2. Repairs Outside Our Service Area:
    • For customers outside our service area, we recommend locating a local authorized dealer for any repair needs.
    • The product must be returned to the manufacturer’s service center if there is no local servicing dealer. Please note the following shipping policies:
      • Mammotion: For “In Warranty” repairs, Mammotion covers shipping costs to and from the service center.
      • Husqvarna: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for “In Warranty” repairs to and from the service center.
  3. Brand-Specific Repair Capabilities:
    • Mammotion: We may perform basic repairs if replacement parts are available. For more complex repairs, the product must be sent to Mammotion’s Service Center.
    • Husqvarna: Repairs can be performed by our technicians or sent to Husqvarna’s Service Center based on the nature of the repair and availability of parts.
  4. Extended Warranty Repairs:
    • For extended warranty repairs, customers must contact and work with the third-party warranty company. The warranty company is responsible for contacting Autmow or the manufacturer to arrange for an estimate and approval of repair work. Shipping costs may either be included in the repair estimate or arranged separately by the warranty company.
  5. Maintenance Tips:
    • To minimize the need for repairs, we encourage regular maintenance of your robotic mower. Please refer to the user manual or our website for maintenance tips and guidelines.
  6. Customer Support:
    • Our customer service team is available to assist you with locating a local dealer and answering any questions you may have about the repair process. You can reach our customer service team via phone, email, or through our website’s contact form.
