To kickstart part 4 of this TinyLineMakerSport series, we’ll be giving you a quick step-by-step process for how to install the paint nozzle onto the unit. We’ll cover the different parts on the assembly and how they piece together.

But first, a quick recap: In part 1 of this series, we introduced the TinyLineMaker Sport. A tech-savvy machine with innovative position technology and smart integrated software. For part 2, we focused on battery management with a quick tutorial on how to charge, install, and remove your battery for the TinyLineMarker Sport. (Did you miss out on part 2? Check it out here.)

paint nozzle assembly parts

A nozzle package is shipped with each TinyLineMarker Sport machine and you’ll need to know what each part is before assembling it. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. The figure below offers a visual representation of each part: nozzle filter (A), rubber ring (B), nozzle (C), and the cap — also called a bayonet collar (D). Each one of these tiny pieces has an important role, so make sure you don’t lose any of them.

How to install

Now that you know what each part is, the assembly of these parts fits together much like pieces of a robot puzzle.

1) Stack the filter (A) on top of the rubber ring (B) and nozzle (C) and then put these parts together in order in the cap (D).

2) Then place the nozzle parts into the pressure valve (E) under the machine. Next, turn the cap until its wings are perpendicular to the line width plates. You will hear it click into place once it is secure.

Now you’re ready to paint with your fully assembled paint nozzle in place!

Check out the video below for a visual breakdown of individual parts of the paint nozzle and how to install them onto your machine.
